What files are included?
Each listing explains its ZIP contents. Designs may include high-resolution transparent PNG, print PDF, SVG and black-line stencil PNG or PDF files when available.
How are downloads delivered?
Stripe confirms payment first. Subscription customers receive a secure link to create a password and can return through Customer Login. One-time buyers receive a private guest library link and do not need an account.
Do I need an account for a one-time purchase?
No. You can buy one or several designs as a guest. Your private download link is emailed to the address used at checkout, and you can request a replacement link from the library page.
Can I tattoo these designs on paying clients?
Yes, within the artist, shop or single-design license you purchased. Digital files cannot be shared, resold or redistributed.
Can I add another shop location?
Yes. Select a shop membership and add every additional address during registration. Each additional location is priced separately and appears in the checkout total.
How do I cancel a membership?
Open your private library and choose “Manage or cancel membership.” Stripe’s secure billing portal controls future renewals.
What if a file does not work?
Email admin@theinkchic.com with your checkout email and the design name so we can help.
