Digital products
The Ink Chic sells digital tattoo-design files. No physical product is shipped. Design ownership and copyright are not transferred by a purchase or membership.
Single-design license
A single-design purchase grants the purchasing artist a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use that design for tattooing clients and for photographs of completed tattoo work. One-time purchases may be completed as a guest without creating an account. The digital files may not be shared, resold, sublicensed, posted as downloadable files or repackaged into another digital product.
Artist membership
An active artist membership covers one named tattoo artist. That artist may download available designs and use them for commercial tattoo work while the membership is active. The files and membership login may not be shared with another artist or shop.
Shop membership
An active shop membership covers artists working from the registered shop location. Each additional physical location requires its own paid location add-on and must be registered with its complete address. Files may be used within licensed locations but may not be redistributed outside the licensed shop.
Subscriptions and cancellation
Monthly and yearly memberships renew automatically at the price and interval shown before Stripe Checkout. You may manage or cancel the membership at any time through the billing link in your private library. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues through the paid billing period unless the membership is refunded or revoked for misuse.
Refunds
Because digital files are delivered immediately, completed downloads are generally final. Contact admin@theinkchic.com for duplicate charges, a defective ZIP, a file that materially differs from its listing or another problem. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
Acceptable use
Do not share access links, remove storefront watermarks to redistribute previews, scrape the catalog, claim authorship of the underlying digital artwork or use the service unlawfully. We may suspend access for fraud, payment reversal or material license violations.
